Verus Dental Tourism provides dental treatment coordination services including: connecting patients with qualified dental clinics in Albania, travel and accommodation coordination, treatment planning consultation, and aftercare support. We act as a facilitator between patients and dental care providers.
The information provided on our website and in communications is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All dental treatments are performed by licensed dental professionals at our partner clinics. Patients must undergo proper consultation and provide accurate medical history before treatment.
Treatment quotes provided are estimates based on initial information. Final pricing may vary based on clinical examination and actual treatment requirements. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Our cancellation policy:
A deposit may be required to secure appointments. Final payment for treatment is due before or upon completion of services as specified in your treatment plan. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit cards, and cash.
Our partner clinics provide warranties on dental work as follows: Dental implants - 10 years, Crowns and bridges - 5 years, Veneers - 5 years. Warranties are subject to proper care and regular check-ups as advised. Travel costs for warranty claims are the patient's responsibility.

While we coordinate with reputable dental clinics, Verus Dental Tourism is not liable for: clinical outcomes or complications arising from dental treatment, third-party services including travel and accommodation, personal injury or illness unrelated to dental treatment, or force majeure events.
Travel arrangements and accommodations coordinated through our service are subject to the terms of the respective providers. We recommend patients arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment abroad, trip cancellation, and emergency repatriation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Albania. For EU residents, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under EU law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
